The following page contains information on some of the rare stuff that Dokken fans want to know more about! It's obviously not a complete list, because these guys have their hands into more things than any of us know! But, I hope to continue adding to the list as much as possible.

I did not list bootlegs on this page, since it would take WAY too much time. To find out more about those, check out Scott's Live Dokken site.

Dokken Rarities

Breakin' The Chains 1982 Pre-Elektra release.
We're Illegal Single 1981 Originally was going to be on BTC and was released in 1981, but the lyrics were changed and it is not known as "Live to Rock". The version on the single is a studio version. (From: Anders Ohlssen)
Hear 'N' Aid 1985? Hear 'N' Aid was a project involving many of the big stars of the hard rock scene to aid the fight against hunger in Africa.
Dream Warriors EP 1985 The song list included Back for the Attack, Dream Warriors and a studio version of Paris is Burning.
Dokken Demos 1986 These are demos of some of Dokken's tunes with Jeff on vocals. Jeff provided these for the listening enjoyment of Dokken fans everywhere! The demos include Unchains the Night, Its Not Love and Back for the Attack.
So Many Tears single 1987 Elektra Cat# 94-69379. This single had Mr. Scary as the B-Side. (From: mlyons@erols.com )
Alone Again single from BFTE 1988 Includes Walk Away as the B-Side.
Dokken 1994 Self-titled Japanese release by the band after they reunited in 1994.
Dysfunctional Sampler 1995 Columbia records put together this sampler of the single releases from Dysfunctional.
Dysfunational (Japan) 1995 Slightly remixed version of the US release, including the track When the Good Die Young.
Shadows of Life CD Single 1995
Nothing Left to Say CD Single 1995 Includes three different versions of Nothing Left to Say.
Shadowlife (Japan) 1997 Japanese release of Shadowlife, include Deep Waters and How Many Lives.
I Feel CD Single 1997 Includes two versions of the song I Feel.
Erase the Slate (Japan) 1999 Japanese release, includes Upon Your Lips and Sign of the Times.

One Live Night 1995 Dokken "Unplugged" set from 1995. Also includes interview footage
Live From the Sun Fall 2000 This video and DVD will include live footage from the Erase the Slate tour, as well as new band interviews.

Hard Rock Woman 1979 Pre-Dokken EP from Don Dokken. Band members included Greg Pecka and Gary Holland. The future members of Dokken did not appear on this EP.
Far Out Man Soundtrack ?? Don recorded the song Bongo Wongo for this Cheech and Chong (or was it just one of them?) movie.
Give It Up Promo 1991 Cat# Geffen pro-cd-4214. There are three versions of the tune on this EP from Don's Up From the Ashes album.
Michael Lee Firkins ?? Jeff Pilson played on the album from the guitarist Michael Lee Firkins. The project also included James Kottak.
